The people on this team have lived it, studied it, and dedicated their careers to helping others navigate it. We are a committed team that genuinely cares about the remodelers we work with and the businesses they are building!
Kyle Hunt
Owner & Founder
Kyle started Remodelers On The Rise because he believed remodelers deserved better support. Not just surface-level advice, but real clarity on the challenges keeping them stuck. He has a gift for getting to the root of a problem fast, whether it's finances, leadership, sales, or stress, and helping business owners find a clear path forward. When a remodeler walks away with less stress, a stronger business, and more time for their family, that's what this is all about.
Fun Fact: Kyle has been passionate about golf for decades. You'll find him on the course or spending summers in Northern Michigan with his family.
Bailey Curtin
Director of Operations
Bailey is the person who makes sure every client interaction, every process, and every detail lives up to what Remodelers On The Rise stands for. She's a creative problem-solver who genuinely loves getting to know clients and seeing the direct impact the work has on their lives. Watching a remodeler reclaim their time, reduce their stress, and build a strong work-life integration is what drives her every day.
Fun Fact: Bailey is an avid Detroit Lions fan and is currently writing a novel.
Kassi Lent
Team Assistant
Kassi is the person who makes sure nothing falls through the cracks. She manages Remodelers AutoPilot for our clients, handling the behind-the-scenes marketing work that most remodelers never have time for. She is fast, resourceful, and genuinely fulfilled by taking things off people's plates and doing them well.
Fun Fact: Kassi loves camping, hiking, and trying new restaurants with her family!
Peter Ranney
Peer Group Coach
Peter's passion is helping remodelers shift their perspective. He leads with empathy, breaks down complex ideas into clear action steps, and has a particular focus on the client experience. He helps remodelers build businesses their customers love working with. Peter brings that perspective from real experience as the owner of Ranney Blair Weidmann in Roswell, GA and the founder of Sunshine on a Ranney Day. He brings a calm, thoughtful presence to every coaching conversation and a genuine belief that the right shift in perspective can change everything.
Fun Fact: Peter is in the Guinness Book of World Records for playing in the longest consecutive softball game ever recorded. 121 hours straight.
Bryan Sebring

Bryan has been in the remodeling trenches. As the owner of Sebring Design Build in Franklin, TN, he understands firsthand how to adapt, lead through change, and stay focused on what matters. As a coach, he brings that real-world experience to every conversation. He's known for cutting through complexity, asking the right questions, and genuinely caring about the people he works with.
Fun Fact: Bryan is fiercely loyal to his clients, his family, and his Chicago Bears. He also takes fantasy football very seriously.
Curtis Lawson
Peer Group Coach
Curtis has over 20 years in the remodeling industry, and as the owner of Crafted Custom Homes in Houston, TX, he still shows up every day excited to learn alongside the clients he coaches. He also hosts Your Project Shepherd, a podcast for remodelers and homeowners navigating the building process. He's great at stepping back, seeing the big picture, and identifying the straightforward solution hiding underneath what feels like a complicated problem. And when a client hits a milestone, nobody celebrates it quite like Curtis does.
Fun Fact: Curtis's entire family are musicians. His wife, his kids, and Curtis himself all play instruments together in their church orchestra.
