Remodel Your Marriage

This retreat will have a strong focus on your MARRIAGE! Our goal will be to remind ourselves of what is going well and also to identify areas that you, as a couple, want to improve. This will be the start of crafting a plan that you guys are excited about! 

Remodel Your Life

We’ll look at how you can Remodel Your LIFE. We’ll look at a variety of areas like: mental, emotional, physical, faith,  budget/money, work/life balance, and morning/evening routine. We’ll have some breakout group time for us to share, be encouraged, and craft this part of our plan. 

Breakouts

We will have a breakout wives led by Sarah and a breakout for husbands led by Kyle

Panel Discussion

We will have a panel discussion of husbands and wives sharing some of their successes and failures to encourage, motivate, and remind you that you’re not alone. 🙂 

Remodel Your Business

We’ll also shift from just focusing on the marriage and life side of things to focus on BUSINESS and successfully running your remodeling business together! We’ll look at some of your biggest business struggles and how you can address them. 

Casting Your Vision

What will your marriage, life, and business look like in 2026 and how is that going to differ from 2025? We’re going to write a clear vision and plan that, when implemented, will make an amazing impact for each of you.

Kyle & Sarah Hunt

Kyle Hunt is a business coach for remodelers and the owner of Remodelers On The Rise.

Since starting his business in 2008, all of his work is focused on making you a better remodeler and helping you achieve your business goals and, just as importantly, succeed in your life as well.

He's very excited to be partnering with his wife, Sarah, in this retreat to share their years of experience navigating how to balance their marriage, family, and entrepreneurship together.

Sarah will bring her wit and wisdom to several sessions at the retreat and lead a compelling breakout session for the women.

Kyle and Sarah live in Brighton, Michigan with their four kids.

Joshua Straub, Ph.D.


Joshua Straub is most renowned for his role as a husband and dad. A recovering human, he’s passionate about the ongoing journey of growth through coaching, community, and fitness.

Alongside his wife, Christi, he leads Famous at Home, equipping leaders and organizations in emotional intelligence and healthy family systems.

Josh is a speaker, author of seven books, marriage and relational intelligence coach, and podcast cohost. He’s had the privilege of coaching executives, entrepreneurs, entertainers, professional athletes, and nonprofit leaders, as well as serving military families across the country.

At home, Josh and Christi are raising their three kids on a small homestead outside Nashville, TN, where life is full of family, faith, and a lot of fun.

Getting to the venue

If you're coming in from out of state, you'll fly into Nashville Airport (BNA).

 

From there, you'll rent a car or Uber the 30-ish minutes to the beautiful Franklin, TN. (Likely, you will want to rent a car for easy transportation around Franklin.)

 

We'll meet each day at The Factory of Franklin (230 Franklin Rd, Franklin, TN 37064) and have secured a room block at a nearby.

What if my spouse isn't directly involved in the business? Can we still attend?

Yes, we would welcome you and your spouse to attend even if only one of you is primarily involved in your remodeling business! For most of the couples attending, both spouses are active in the remodeling business but, for example, if the husband runs the business full time and the wife is minimally involved, this will still be beneficial for them as a good portion of the retreat is focused on marriage and life. All that said, we do expect both spouses to fully participate in the retreat and attend all sessions.

Anything we should sightsee during our down time?

My wife and I have some favorite Franklin to-dos we will be sharing! As we get closer, we'll provide a full list of recommendations to the couples who are attending!

What is your Cancellation Policy in case something comes up and we aren't able to attend?

If you do need to cancel your registration, registrants canceling 30 days before the event will receive a full credit towards a future Remodelers On The Rise event or program. Registrants canceling less than 30 days before the event will not receive a refund, due to advance hotel room booking requirements and retreat expenses.
