Getting to the venue

If you're coming in from out of state, you'll fly into Detroit Metro Airport (DTW)

 

If I were you, I'd hop in an Uber/Lyft and get dropped off at one of the hotels we have recommended (you'll be a little over 20 miles to get from the airport to the hotels/event location.)

 

From there, you're walking distance to great restaurants and fun things to do in Downtown Detroit.

 

And then get ready for the event that starts right at 8:30AM on Wednesday, May 1st.

Meeting venue: The Guardian Building, Detroit

We will be meeting on the 32nd Floor of the Guardian Building (500 Griswold St, Detroit, MI 48226). There are several hotels within walking distance that we recommend to our attendees!

Where is the event being held at?

Downtown Detroit Michigan at the Guardian Building (500 Griswold St, Detroit, MI 48226)

Where should we book a hotel room at?

We have several recommendations within walking distance of the Guardian Building we will send to attendees!

What time do you start and end each day?

We'll start promptly at 8:30AM each morning but will open check-in at 8:00AM on Wednesday (May 1st). On Thursday, we'll wrap up by 3:30PM so that you have time to make it to Detroit Metropolitan Airport for any early evening flights.

What is your Cancellation Policy in case something comes up and we aren't able to attend?

If you are unable to attend, your registration is transferable to another member of your team. If you do need to cancel your registration, registrants canceling 14 days before the event will receive a full credit towards a future event or program. Registrants canceling 13-6 days before the event will receive a 50% credit towards a future event or program. Registrants canceling less than 5 days before the event will not receive a refund.

Will this event be recorded?

There will be audio and video recording from the event that will be available to all attendees.

Anything we should sightsee during our down time?

If you get in early on April 30th, pick-up a ticket to the St. Louis Cardinals vs. Detroit Tigers MLB game that starts at 6:40PM EST at Comerica Park! The park is less than a mile from our event location. Our event is in a vibrant part of Detroit, directly next to the Detroit Riverwalk (recently rated America's Best Riverwalk), Campus Martius Park, and several great restaurants and pubs.
